telkom email address disappeared but still paying for service

<p> </p> <p>Since the 12 April my telkom email address which i have had for about 25 years - since emails came out stopped working. i have 3 aliases on my email and they continued working. on the 28 April i phoned telkom ref ********** 56 and they were going to attend to the problem on 10 May we phoned again ref ********** 37, were told they would fix it we received a test email but nothing else again we phoned ref ********** 31 and were told our email address had been changed to eddievias dont know why person on the phone couldnt help and said the advance technical team would phone me back - till today nobody phoned and email still not working. </p> <p>today I phoned again spoke to person who told me to hold on and put me through to Telkom mobile who couldnt help me and cut me off.</p> <p>Please I am so desperate to receive my emails since 12 April as I am waiting for important emails and also need my email fixed - does anyone know who can assist as i have tried speaking so someone senior but calls are blocked.</p>
