Telkom email accout

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week (25th/ 26th of April) when I tried to access my telkom emails using Webmail.telkomsa.net do Messaging, I got an error stating the my account is in maintenance mode and therefore i could not log on.</p> <p>Tuesday (2nd of May) the same thing happened and called in to report the fault. I was assisted by a guy named Sifiso and he advised me to log on. When I tried to logon, I got a new error stating that "your session has expired, please login again." I informed him about the new error and he logged an incident to level 2 support and assured me that they will assist me.</p> <p>I called in the afternoon to follow up and I was advised that Sifiso will call before COB. He didnt call</p> <p>Today at 8:30 I called in again and they transfered me to their line manager by the name of Zolile and he told me that my account was compromised and is locked and they have escalated it to IT heldpesk and they will unlock it within 4 hours. </p> <p>12:53 my account was still not working and called again and spoke with Prince and after failing to assist me he then went to his supervisor (Shantal)for help who then said that she is busy looking at it and will revert back to me shortly with an update.</p> <p>15:35 I made another call and I spoke with some lady and she told me a different story that my ticket is in a queue and I must wait. I cant waist more time and I asked to speak to IT or her line manager and she put me through to her line manager. While I was holding, the call ended and it was definately not from my side.</p> <p>Now I am angry and furious that Telkom cannot assist me with my email account and I have important emails that I have to attend to from clients and potential customers.</p> <p>SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM HELLKOM REGARDING MY EMAIL ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTING. IS TELKOM SHORT-STAFFED OR DONT HAVE COMPETENT IT STAFF????????</p>
