Telkom Email account

Hi, still received dms from attorneys regarding my telkom ***. Stop using my email *** during 2020. Sept./Oct 2020 various telephone calls to 10210 to cancel my account. Know receiving sms from attorneys stating that I'm in arrear with my acc and that they going to blacklist me. Did get hold of Telkom and lodged a coplain. Received a sms stating that the problem is resolved. But still getting statements from Telkom and sms from attorneys about a account that is still in arrears. What to do know, who to contsct to help with this matter?
