Telkom Email - A disaster

This refers to Telkom's email service. Am I the only one who has difficulty with this service!! There are two main issues. One is that emails to certain addresses are not delivered. One of these is FNB, but there are also others. Secondly, I receive a profusion of **** emails purporting to come from banks (all the main 4), SARS and even Telkom. Worst is, my complaints have been ignored once the system has automated the initial reply.
