Telkom EMAIL

Telkom operators have no idea what is going on. There have problems with incoming emails over the past few days. The operator I spoke to denied Telkom were having issues. He just told me to rectify the situation by looking in the spam folder. He was clearly not interested in helping. I unfortunately do not have his name. Surely when you phone the contact centre and instead of listening to all the options available, they could have a prerecorded message advising they are having problems?
