Telkom EL NEVER has stock of Samsung phones.

This review is directed towards the Telkom branches in East London, as well as the head office who decided what each branch's stock should be.

I am due for an update. I want a Samsung. However, Telkom feels that all East Londonors should be provided with are Hauweis and Oppos. I do not want either. My job is Google run, Hauwei is too completed with all its restrictions and Oppo is just *******.

How can a company be advertising contracts for phones they don't ever have in stock? When I mean no Samsungs... I mean NOTHING. Not an A14, A34, etc.... what is worse.... you know how many they order at a time? 3!!! Three flippen Samsung phones for the whole of East London. Tell me they are not trying to force ppl to get a phone they DO NOT want.

I phoned JHB , they has stock of every phone! How is that fair. Yes, it is East London, but my money is as good as anyone else's!

Oh, and good luck trying to get the laptop or tablet you want, they just simply will not have in stock. Don't even bother. Go to Incredible Connection rather. Save yourself the frustration. The only reason I gave it two stars... is that once you actually get a device and contract, they are pretty good.

@Samsung , I hope you are reading this; Telkom is making sure your phones are not being sold!
