TELKOM eish, handing over non existent account

<p>This is not the first time, I post here because TELKOM do nothing about the problem. In Nov 2014 I signed up for a mobile wifi but two devices did not work and within 7 days I cancelled the contract, with their approval. What do they do, they hand an account over to their **** like VVM to harass me for almost two years now for an amount I do not even owe.</p>
