TELKOM EISH, ESKOMS BROTHER

What a nightmare, being billed for an unauthorized upgrade. After putting in a dispute for this bill of R2600 which shoul be paid at 30th JUNE 2025 my line gets suspended witout bein in arrears and in contravension with their ICASA Service charter.. Iam currently phoning the call centre once to two times a day just to be told the case has been handed to someone they will call you a call that i never receive. please if you ever think of doing bussiness with telkom DONT.
