TELKOM EIKESTAD WORSE THEN HOME AFFAIRS WAITING TIME

Today i went back to Eikestad Telkom out of lunch time hours, thinking it would be more quiet, only two consultants were available out of 5 that should be there. The shop was crowded an there are too many people for the amount of consultants. Waiting time was 19min before i walked out again. Four people left in the time i was there waiting. The service is so **** there, it is like sitting at home affairs!!! This is now the 6th consecutive working day i have visited the shop for some help and quotes on a new mobile contract. but absolutely zero progress. This is ridiculous!! I got impatient after going there for 6 days to get help, i pulled one consultant aside and asked if i can please make an appointment, because i really want to move from MTN to Telkom, she simply did not even consider my request and said that the consultant might be busy at the time if you make an appointment!!! I know, this is exactly why i want to make an appointment! Please help Telkom ??
