Telkom Eikestad Mall

When I took out my cellphone contract with Telkom, they were so eager to sell their insurance.

After their convincing pitch I finally took out the cellphone insurance.

In September my phone got damaged and on 17/9/2020 I took the phone to Telkom Eikestad Mall, so that they can submit my claim.

Its now almost 3 months and I'm still waiting for my phone.

When I go to Telkom Eikestad Mall, to do a follow up on the claim, they tell me that they were advised by their managers that clients need to contact their insurer themselves, as they are not allowed to get involved in the claims process.

How???

They were able to get involved when they sold the insurance to me and when they took my broken phone to send it for repairs to the same insurer that they claim they are not supposed to get involved with.

This type of *******ion is worse than that of the government. Telkom are ******* that has ****** my phone and expect me to pay for it monthly.
