Good day I app**** for a renewal contract on the 20th July 2023, today, being the 27th July 2023 I received the phone with a new number What nonsense is that? I asked for a contract renewal on ***, I want an answer as to who allowed you to do that, I spoke to Joshua on the 20th July 2023, do you want me to sue you for taking out a new contract on my name or for ***** I want feedback ASAP Regards Razia Khan ***

Today being the 27th July 2023 I received the phone with a new number and all the data loaded on the new number
What is that?
Please explain to me what is a renewal?
I want this sorted ASAP IF NOT I WILL GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THE NEWSPAPER, EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE AND COMPLAIN AND STILL CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH YOU
I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW WILL THIS BE SORTED
