Telkom

I had a mini router contract with Telkom which i have never used the router because it was not connecting and I called them to inform about the matter. They told me that the router is using 4G and my area was not supporting 4G by then. We had an agreement that they are going to send a courier to come and collect the router. I waited for them and they never came, I again sent an email about this and they never responded.

They kept on debiting for the router on my account and I had no choice but to reverse the transactions. Why would I pay for something that I never used and they were aware of that becsuse i was receiving the ackowledgement of my email.

I was called by one of their lawyers and I told the lady my story and she was shocked,she asked me to gather some information about the dates of sending emails to telkom and she never called me back.

All i want from them is to clear my name on this matter. Even if they can check the usage of this router they will see that I never used it and they can still send the courier to come and collect their router.
