Telkom

I am shocked and appauled on then poor service I have been receiving from TELKOM recently. We are going on over 3 weeks with no internet and they are not even concerned about trying to help. Everytime we phone or go into the shop we get some new story. I was initially told I must pay R1300 for Openserv to come out as the telkom technicians are too slow and now I've been told on two different dates that a technician has been sent out but no one arrived. Inhave had enough. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I would not recommend Telkom in the slightest.
