Telkom Easypay - not so easy !

Have unlimited WiFi contract through Telkom. Have not received billing since inception and amount outstanding. Did an Easypay payment immediately through PnP and contacted Telkom with proof of payment however to be told that it can take up to 3 days to activate and proof of payment cannot be verified. Seriously !!! My family is working from home and require WiFi ! Great work Telkom - Your customer service sucks!
