Telkom Eastgate bad service

<p>I went to Telkom Eastgate to do an upgrade on Saturday 09 July 16 and the sales lady was not helpful at all. The deal I was interested in was infact more than my current deal and she said they are out of stock on the one item and cannot assist with giving me the deal and that her Manager is not in and she cannot assist with an alternate replacement to the item that is out of stock. I asked if I should go to another service provider and she gave me the cancelation form to go ahead and cancel my contract. This is the service that Telkom provides. They tell their consumers indirectly that they do not need them.</p>
