Telkom east rand mall , has got to have the absolute worst staff, literally everyone complains about them you can never visit the branch once you have to go two or three times before your query is solved because they can never fully assist you . Just last month I went for a sim swap , first the guy gave me a SIM card with a completely different number which only had 5Gs monthly , whereas I pay for 40G day & 40G night . There after a month later they tell me I’m in arrears of R1900+ because someone has been making data or airtime transactions on my sim card , how is that possible if I’m not even using my SIM card ? They seem very uninterested I keep calling the helpline they barely help me there too .
