Telkom East Gate
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently experienced problems with my LG Leon that I took out from Telkom. This phone I had for less than 12 months which according to Telkom terms and conditions is still suppose to be under warranty. The cellphone's loud speaker and the charger space on the phone started to give me problems. I took the phone in to Telkom this Tuesday (23/08/2016) for repairs on which they gave me a reference number (TRL026233). Today (25/08/2016) I got an sms stating that the same phone that is still under warranty is deemed not to be under warranty with no valid reason and I should pay R2 730. 00 for them to repair the phone. This phone currently sells for less than the quoted price to fix it. Please assist</p>
It has been 3 weeks since you promised to resolve my query instead all I get is ****py sms's. I have been sent from pillar to post and still nothing has been done about my cellphone.
