Telkom *****

A telkom consultant has somehow placed an additional amount on my account to be debited.

Telkom is not a trustworthy company in my opinion

I have gone into a store and received a case number regarding *****. To date, I have attempted to follow up by calling them and I have just waited more that 1hr and 10 mins and then the call got cut

That consultant needs to lose her job and telkom needs to pay my money back
