The ****iest dumbest call centre. All I get is “I will escalate to my manager”. Guess what? Nothing happens. Account is paid up after the debit order bounced. Paid in excess. More than what was required. My line is still suspended. I got tired of being nice. I tried being vulgar, still no joy.
