For 3 weeks we are reporting a problem with our signal/reception. No one seems to help us. We have reported numerous times. Finally got a case nr: ***3 and still nothing. We have been living here for 11 years, never a problem. But now we have to drive around in town for signal. Only problem in this area. We pay for services we can not use. Can not get someone on the phone... not good service at all.
