Telkom ****

In 2021 I was *****ed with Telkom whereby someone used my credentials to buy two IPhone 12 pro and I went to telkom to make enquiries with regard to this case and investigation was done and it was indeed a ****. I was promised that they will write off the debts however it was not done even to this day. I'm now suffering the consequences. I app**** for a house and car finance however I keep on getting declines due to Telkom because they have handed me over and it's appearing on my experian reports.I really need help so I can build my future.whenever I call telkom they always promise to revert back to me.
