Never have i ever experienced such s**** service anywhere in my life. Telkom N1 City has tried to provide feedback to respond to queries regarding wifi.. Nowhere whatsoever anyone should wait more than a month for wifi. Vumatel is involved but as per them, i have no record on my name for any job that has to be completed. I phoned numerous times. Vumatel knows nothing. Telkom even did not bother to call the Vumatel agent as requested to sort it out. Still waiting. I called them about 19 times now with no answer. I was provided with a incomplete ref nr for Vumatel.. Thats all i need to sort it out myself.. No answer. Im a telkom cell nr customer too, i have had my last straw and will be changing networksa too. Horrible service. Do not recommend!
