I have been receiving a nil account for a few months and now my service has been discontinued. Phoned several times and always told I owe nothing. Now when I finally get hold of them they tell me I need to get onto their website to pay the account. What a joke! I log in all the information and get a sign that says next. Push and nothing happens. Phoned them and tell them and they say just wait lines are busy. Well I have now waited 2 hours and still nothing.. I am so disgusted that I am now going to cancel my line.
