Telkom e mail system regular unresolved issues

A frustrating number of days trying to get Telkom ro correct their mail service. No incoming mail and messages constantly reject passwords . Many e mails to Support and to Telehone consultants to no avail. Would give up on Telkom e mail except too much trouble to advise all Contacts.
