Telkom dug a big hole in my driveway and left, leaving me stuck with it. 3 months and counting.

We gave a Telkom team permission to dig a 4 square meter hole in our driveway in Goodwood, Cape Town to lay a fibre cable, after they promised us it will be repaired in a few days. It has now been nearly 3 MONTHS, and the hole is still there, growing bigger. I already had to re-fill the sand in there once after a recent storm washed a lot of the sand away, making it deep and dangerous for our vehicles. Can I please get clarity as to when this will be fixed ?
