Telkom DSL no coverage in my area but they still charging due to they lack of infrastructure.

If i could gv 0 stars i would.worst service ever from telkom stores to email support and telephonic support! I recently moved and there no infrastructure nor mobile data services in my new area i have advised telkom of this and cancel as i hadnt used services since Jan too date no assistance no escalation and still charging me every month and interest charges. This is unfair why must i suffer when telkom doesnt have infrastructure. If this isnt sorted i Will lodge a complaint with icasa.
