Telkom DSL

On Tuesday the 25th August 2020 I made an online application for a dsl internet line, and got a reply with application order number *** and that a Telkom consultant will call me. Telkom consultant called me back the next day and took additional detail, and said the line will be put in before the end of September as there are having a back log I said its ok thanks. on the 7 September 2020 I emailed Telkom to find out if everything was still in order, I got this reply from Telkom Good day,

Kind Regards Tyrique Van Der Merwe Telkom Online Query September came and gone with out a word and no internet line was installed. on the 6th October 2020 I emailed Telkom again to find out what was happening with my order. telkom rep**** Good day

Regards Dakshina for Telkom Outbound Query It has been 9 days since there told me they are credit vetting me and i still have not been contacted by Telkom. I am disappointed by there service i am no longer interested in their DSL line cause if it takes them this long to come and install or do a credit vet, how long is it going to take them to come fix the line when and if it breaks.
