telkom dreadful service

i went in to a telkom store to get an upgrade, i had 2 contracts, one that was due for upgrade and another had 13 months remaining. busisiwe in 3 rivers telkom whom was the representative, cancelled both contacts and added the upgrade to the cancelled contract which was not due for upgrade. According to the documentation busisiwe wrote on . i was supposed to pay R909 for 13 months and then 569 from there on as this is within my budget. instead i was billed nearly 5 grand for a cancelled contract once off and lose all the data as well, all because of Busisiwes messup. Telkom is now putting the blame on ne and want to hold me liable for an incompitant representative. its now almost 6 months of countless logging calls, all of which gets resolved quickly, but no resolution. i went into the store several times, spoke to busisiwe whom is now sitting with a mouth full of teeth with no answers, spoke to her in store manager who would get back to me, still no answer, after leaving propably 5 messages for her to phone me. i logged 22 calls with the call center for them to call me.. nobody calls back..telkom is absolutely useless an as soon as i can i will get them and their useless team out of my life.
