Telkom drags you to their lawyers even though they actually owe you money!!!

<p>All I can ask Telkom is: Seriously??</p> <p> </p> <p>We had a landline and uncapped wifi for about 2 years now and both were fully functional or less than half that time.</p> <p> </p> <p>It reached a boiling point where we had hardy any access from October 2015 to January 2016 and after a many telephonic and email complaints we decided to simply cancel the service as we were regularly paying our monthly subscription even though we received no benifit for it as per the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet after this notification they slapped us about the notice period and other sub charges. Have you forgotton that we paid you 4 months for nothing AND the only we cancelled our subscription in the first place was because you couldn't resolve our issue!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now we have lawyers phoning us demanding over R2,000.00. This is seriously a joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can anyone take you seriously. Why dont you rather focus on when WE will get refunded for the 4 months where we paid for nothing???</p>
