Telkom down the drain. Worst service ever

Telkom service is beyond terrible! Cancelled my landline when I moved and was confirmed to be cancelled 1 May 2019. Still being billed. On facebook they keep on saying it will be sorted but nothing gets done. I also got billed for a fibre line in Jhb that was transferred to a new owner. No refund given!!! Stay away from Telkom Fibre and Telkom landlines. Be warned.
