Telkom - down the drain!

Telkom has a useless on-line serviec! I have a business contract with them. I tried to see what deals thay had for me as an upgrade..... Their website is totally useless! It requires me to log in, which I do, then when I select options, its say bad gateway! Then I have to log in again, and the same happens......despite how many time I try, same result!

Pathetic!!!!!
