Telkom double pay

Hello Peter, I have an issue with Telkom I payed a double fee because I missed my debit order on June so in July I paid twice, now they have stopped my simcard , they said I didn’t pay anything I have sent emails with proof of payments and I haven’t got any reply from there instead they charged me money which I don’t understand
