Telkom double debits and *****s peoples money

Hi

On the 1st Sept a debit order went off for R1001.70 and on the 31st of July a debit order went off for R802.40. How on earth can you say I still owe R1002. 70 x 2 on my latest statement which is unfair. It should only be R899 due at the end of September.

I'm utterly disgusted in Telkom
