Telkom double debit my account every month

Telkom is by far the worst service providers, they are unprofessional and the only thing they are good for is taking your money, I have cancelled my insurance only with them. I still have my contract, not on only do they still debit my account with the full amount of the cancelled insurance but they also double debit my account for God alones knows. I reverse the debit order and i pay a 250 penalty but double debited next month. You cant cancel your debit order and pay directly into the telkom account because they only work with debit orders. They only work with debit orders so they can take people money. I would never ever advise anyone to sign up with telkom, biggest and worst mistake of my life. I hope something can be done about this and all our complaints and views are not gone unnoticed and something can be done about this despicable act and that everyone who even thinks about signing up with them. Will think twice now.
