Telkom double charged once off device and suspended my account

I have taken out a new month to month voice contract with Telkom. The service was good, however, Telkom has suspended my line. Upon investigation, I found that Telkom has billed me for two once off devices instead of one. Please can you'll rectify a.s.a.p. I have called your billing department and they were not helpful.
