Telkom double billing me

I have unlimited data with telkom for 449 it happened that I did not pay them January but they di debit my account for 1092 on the 27th of Feb 2026 It was okay I owed i also took it upon myself to pay my normal monthly payment of 449 on the same day 27th of February Tell me why I m apparently owing 1300 and some cent month end of March I did call them they told me the money is not reflecting yet they will fix it but till today on my app the money they debited is not reflecting on my payment and im suppose to pay 1300 Again that I paid already and I actually paid extra I was suppose to pay again on 1 April
