!!!!TELKOM DON"T WANT TO PAY MY MONEY BAC****!!

Good day. I ordered ADSL online for my residence in June. The line was approved and someone phoned me to confirm everything etc. They requested me to pay a deposit of R700.00 before the line could be installed. I went to Telkom Secunda and paid the Deposit with, Vernuschke Smith on the 8th of June 2018. I waited and got no response from them. I then went back to Telkom Secunda and spoke to Ronel, she confirmed that the line installation was cancelled because they could not install a 10MB line in the area, after they confirmed they could. I then asked her to refund my Deposit and she said she could not pick up the deposit they was paid. I told her I paid it with Vernuschke Smith on the 8th and I gave her the slip. She said that she will log a dispute for them to pay it out to me. It seems that Vernuschke Smith did not allocate the deposit right. Jeanette from Head Office phoned me short after to say that she found the Deposit, later confirmed by Vernuschke was only allocated on the 21st of June. Jeanette mail me and asked to send the slip via email, I received an email back saying that the R700.00 deposit will be credited on my account. I told her that the installation was cancelled and that she should request that the deposit be paid out to me. Then after this action I did hear anything from them again. I then went back to Vernuschke, not very helpful, and she loaded another dispute, this was now more than a week back and I have not received my money yet. When we started with the whole process I informed Telkom that I have paid a deposit on my previous Telkom account in 2012 and I have not received that deposit back as well. I need my deposit back from the previous account and the new account and I want feedback asap please!! It is always the same story with Telkom, you don't get service or feedback from no one and as soon as you get cross, because no one can give you feedback you get treated like ****!!!
