Telkom don’t want to help a customer who have contract in good standing

Telkom does not want to do a swimswop....their third parties don’t want to sell me a SIM card, their call center does not come back to me, but their sales department are willing to do a simswop if I take a cellphone contract ***..........Ronny Mbiza
