TELKOM DON'T WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT

Hi guys,I'm just so sorry to have to complain about telkom. My husband has been trying to cancel a contract with them literally for years now but to no avail and on top of it all they just do their own thing without consent from my husband who is the contract holder. We've been to countless Telkom shops but nothing, all they tell us is that they cannot cancel the contract because it was done telephonicaly, that is why they can't do anything because of the deal being done over the phone. I have agents calling me every day, but if I mention wanting to cancel they either drop the call or say that's not their department. It's a real annoying situation but I think my husband should just go to the bank and stop their debit order and see what happens because they are making money for nothing.
