Telkom don't use them after 40 years no service

Dear all,

I had a telkom line for 40 years the last 7 years I had a pre-paid Tekom line, they phoned me laste last year and in Jan they were going to cut my line and forward me a free mobile phone with sim card end Feb. 2019. They cut my line mid Feb. 2019 I have received the sim card but not the phone after visiting the Telkom offices 5x and calling them 3x times asking where is my mobile free phone I had no reply, I am giving up on Telkom, I have also send them 2 e-mails there mail box is full, that is the reply I got from them. They have lost a good customer, it is over....
