Telkom - dont use telkom, worst worst worst service !!!

It's now 2 weeks and telkom still hasn't resolved my issue, debited me for over R600 more , they are all a bunch of useless, nonexistent service . The worst service I've ever come across is from telkom absolutely shocking ..dont ever think about dealing with telkom please you'll regret it!!!!
