Telkom don't sell Apple products!

I am an existing customer of Telkom. I have two products and services and one would think that if I wanted something else they would take care of me. They have been advertising Mac Air 's for months now but they have no stock or no intention of getting stock, This is false advertising! I call every month and every month they ask me to call back. This is really frustrating as I need all my products with one provider, Unfortunately this provider cannot keep up with other companies therefore they falsely advertise what they can provide. Who can I escalate this to???!
