Telkom dont pretend to be Donald Trump

Been with Telkom about 10 years. My last lte contract expired and had about 50 calls from them to renew. I gave them 1 mont notice 2 months later. As Ill be going to a frail care facility.. Afterwards getting demands for payments which i refused and stoped my debit order which they were keep deducting after the contract was finnished.
