Telkom don't know what good service is.

Very frustrating to get any help from Telkom. I tried talking to an agent, logging a fault and calling them and I could never get anyone to help fix my problem. I was sent to the sales dept when I logged my fault. To date I still cannot dial or receive calls on an R799 contract phone number.
