TELKOM DONT KNOW ABOUT TCF....

Telkoms service is disgusting. They are very quick to take your money but deliver no service. They keep giving me he run around. Im sure Telkom does not know what the TCF guidelines are and neither do they train they consultants about it, if they did they would treat their clients fairly. it has taken them from the 14/08/2018 to assist with a line but up to today do not even have my address captured correctly.. I don't recommend that anyone makes use of Telkom for any adsl lines/ services...totally unacceptable service in this day and age when there are other competing companies that offer the same service...
