Telkom - Don't do it, rather pay top rand for better customer service

I have never been as mistreated by a brand as I have by Telkom.

Their accounts department is completely ***********. I have been debited religiously, but I am apparently in areas for the second time this year, (it's only March). The first time they found out that there was a discrepancy between my account and the references of the debits. that was apparently fixed. Till now. And now, my services are blocked, I cannot receive calls, I am losing money, after having requested multiple call backs from them, did I get a call? Hell no! Their call centre employees apparently do not care.
