Telkom don't deliver on promises

I ordered a Black Friday deal for Mobile phone and contract. The offer included a free Huawei smart watch for the first 200 customers.

When I spoke to the consultant he confirmed that I still qualified for the watch. Then on the following Wednesday when following up on the order, the consultant confirmed the watch was part of my deal.

I received the phone with no watch. When i contacted Telkom they they said they need to investigate. A few hours later a consultant called to say that he processed my order and he got delayed so I lost out.

This is not the story i got previously. This not acceptable. If I was told initially that I missed out I would have accepted it gladly.

I watch or equivalent valued device needs to be organised. They confirmed the order but didn't deliver.
