TELKOM DONT CARE FOR OUR BABIES - FALLEN POLE ABOVE JUNGLE GYM

There is a fallen pole , which is sitting at a 45degree above a kids jungle gym . The pole has been this way for the past 4 months . I HAVE MADE MORE THAN 15 COMPLAINTS TO TELKOM AND NOTHING HAS HAPPEN TO DATE . I HAVE NAMES AND CALL REFERENCE NUMBERS , THE FIRST REFERENCE NUMBER IS ********** (STAR FAULT )There are more than 50 kids that play in this area and not all of them are well to do as this is the only source of fun activities they have . I have many pictures , and can be sent on request . This is not a good site at all . IM REQUESTING URGENT HELP AS KIDS LIVES ARE IN DANGER . wires are floating and hooked on many housed and fences . Please can someone help as TELKOM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OUR LITTLE ONES . please please please help . I even sent TELKOM pictures via email but still no positive outcome . please please please help .
