Telkom don't care for customer service

App**** to have lines transferred in Oct 2020, they could not comply with this request and after for services in Nov 2020, finally relented to cancelling my business data line with Telkom, Telkom gave me the process to cancel, which I comp**** with...but to date, sadly they still have not cancelled and continue to bill me. I have sent in repeated letters of cancellation, copies sent to Telkom, but they don care...
