Telkom don't care about you as a customer at all.
Service is something this company just doesn't understand! I have logged 4 tickets where technical just close the case without so much as trying to fix the issue. I am now asking for a refund on my account but not very hopeful that these amateurs can get it right. Please don't waste your money on them. Anyone else will give you better service.

22 Sept 2020, 12:50Just a little more rant, when you phone Telkom 10210 you can hardly hear them as the line on their side is so bad. When a Telecoms Company cant even provide a proper infrastructure internally, that's like a Pick n Pay having no items on their shelves! They are actually such a joke. Please stop doing business with people that just don't care!
